We only ship FROZEN FOOD on Mondays due to ground shipping transit times

Frozen Pet Food Minimum Order
The minimum order for shipping via FedEx or local home delivery is 16lb for dog or cat food. There is no minimum order for shipping non-frozen items via FedEx.

Shipping
Although our packaging is designed to keep food frozen, and we are confident your order will be at least at refrigerated temperature when it arrives, we cannot guarantee your order will be frozen when you receive it. If the outer containers of your order are slightly thawed when it arrives you can put them in your freezer and refreeze with no problem.

Note: During the Winter months in cold climates, FedEx can deliver to a residence where packages may sit outside. However, you must be available to accept delivery during Spring, Summer and Fall to ensure the food remains frozen.
